Cleopatra was of Greek descent, so she might not have had dark skin. She is said to have had grey eyes. The outfit isn't accurate, but this is art. It is very pretty.

Cleopatra was a Macedonian Greek. She would have had Light skin, Green or Blue eyes and probably blond hair.
