 and  Schizophrenia contest. Different Types of Schizophrenia: Paranoid schizophrenia a person feels extremely suspicious, persecuted, grandiose, or experiences a combination of these emotions. The face in the mirror, in an attempt to pull all of the faces out, but at the same time, she is being sucked within, it makes it difficult to tell just what she truly wants. The Mirror represents her mind. A reflection of what she see's, not what is truly there. The blank look on her face is apathy, showing she truly doesn't care. Disorganized schizophrenia a person is often incoherent but may not have delusions. Catatonic schizophrenia a person is withdrawn, mute, negative and often assumes very unusual postures. Residual schizophrenia a person is no longer delusion or hallucinating, but has no motivation or interest in life. These symptoms can be most devastating. The darkness, the way the vines appear to be spreading around her, over her skin, pulling her away. My Artwork - I wanted to express the illness in such a manner that it showed many of the above elements from all of the types of Schizophrenia. I hoped I've been able to express it. Thank you!
