I've been trying to deal with the fact that summer is over. For someone who struggles in Winter due to the lack of sun and the cold, this time of year really starts to -get- to me. So much else is going on - I decided to take a look at Fall for what it was. I'm in the process of redesigning my desktop (my latest obsession) and I couldn't really find a wallpaper I liked. Then it it me - Inspiration! My muse has too long been stagnant. Unfortunately, this took WAY to long, but I'm done now.

I was aiming to show the transition from Summer (green / yellows hues) to Fall.

Feel free to use on your own desktops if you think it's worthy! I'll be very flattered eh. Download size is 1920x1200.

Mostly painted in Photoshop, some resources are my own and thanks to the following for their stock.
