This is beautiful! With all the storms we have been having it makes me think of the hurricanes. Perhaps she is the incarnate of calm after the storm! The return of the gulls and the calming of the Gulf are proof that better days are ahead!

I really REALLY love the water and the dress and colors and pose and everything, but I just noticed that her face and other parts of her hair and arms are sorta grainy, almost like low res - did you notice that? I don't know, just pointing it out, because I didn't know if it was intentional or not and it's sorta killing my euphoria.
